Meet The Luxie Ladies
With our incredible expansion, I’ve been lucky to bring in some truly amazing talent! First up is our Head of Operations and Frontend Manager—Chris. But y’all might know her better as “Mom.” Chris isn’t just my mom; she’s the heart of our team and the mom to everyone who walks through our doors. She has a way of making everyone feel at home, connecting with people in such a warm and genuine way. Chris practically runs our daily operations, from managing her very own Tanning Salon—Luxie Tanning—to handling ordering, receiving, and processing all of our new merchandise. On top of all that, she’s also our front-house manager, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Truly, nothing happens in my business without Chris helping organize and plan it!
Another key part of our success is Seaann. Not only is she our Lead Consultant at Luxie Boutique, but she’s also a Master Makeup Artist specializing in Airbrush Bridal Makeup, Lash Extensions, and Lash Lift and Tints. Her incredible attention to detail makes her an invaluable asset—whether she’s helping customers at Luxie Boutique or working her magic at Luxe&Lavish Salon. On top of that, she has a talent for photography, especially when working with our models. With her degree from UWEC, Seaann manages our website, organizes all of our photo shoots, and styles our models to perfection.
These two incredible women are a huge part of why we’ve been able to grow and thrive. I couldn’t do this without them, and I’m so grateful to have them by my side. Cheers to many more years of Luxe&Lavish Salon and Luxie Boutique!

Owner- Kelly Kay
Hey y’all! I’m Kelly Kay, the proud owner of Luxe&Lavish Salon and Luxie Boutique.
My husband, Brandon, and I have officially been together longer than we haven’t—celebrating 12 years of marriage in 2025 and over 17 years together. I’m beyond grateful for his support in all my wild adventures! Together, we have three incredible kids: Bentlee (almost 11), Austyn Kennedy (almost 10), and Graysyn “Gigi” (almost 3).
I opened my full-service salon in 2017, almost immediately after graduating from Cosmetology school. What started as a one-room operation in my home quickly outgrew its space, leading me to expand into our current location at 131 West Lincoln Street in Augusta. With that big move, I wanted to add something new and exciting—especially during the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. That’s when Luxie Boutique was born!
What once felt like an unattainable dream quickly became a thriving reality. Luxie Boutique took off faster than I ever imagined, and I couldn’t be more grateful! My goal has always been to carry the best brands while ensuring realistic sizing and exceptional quality. Watching Luxie grow over the past four years has been such a blessing, and I’m so proud of what we’ve built.
Cheers to four years of Luxie Boutique—here’s to many more! This October we will celebrate our 5 year anniversary please stay tuned for our celebration!
Momager (Front End Manager)- Chris
Hello, my name is Chris Beenken. I have been married to my husband, Nolan, for 33 years, and we’ve spent the last 28 years calling Augusta home. I’m the proud mom of Kelly and Jordan and the loving grandma to Bentlee, Austyn-Kennedy, and Graysyn.
In 2016, I made the decision to leave my job to care for my grandchildren while Kelly pursued her dream of going to cosmetology school. When she was ready to expand her salon and boutique beyond her home, I was all in! Shortly after opening Luxie Boutique, we realized Augusta needed a Therapeutic Tanning Bed, and that’s how Luxie Tanning was born.
One of my favorite parts of my job is creating beautiful displays in the store and helping customers find the perfect additions to their wardrobe. Along with running Luxie Tanning, I also serve as the Front End Manager, handling everything from planning and coordinating to ordering for both the Salon and Boutique.
Outside of work, I stay busy giving back to our community. I am the Director of The Community Cupboard Food Pantry in Augusta, a member of The Augusta Lions, and the Director of The Augusta Christmas Project (formerly known as Toys for Tots).
Lead Makeup Artist, Media Curator/ Shopping Lead Professional- Seaann
Hey guys! My name is Seaann Nuetzmann, and I’m the proud pet parent of Binx— a German Shepherd puppy, two cats—Slash and Mew—a chameleon named Cleo, and a tarantula, Mrs. T! I have a deep love for the outdoors, nature, and traveling—especially to Mexico, where my family has had a home since I was little. Some of my favorite things include attending concerts and festivals, researching fashion trends, and experimenting with extravagant makeup looks.
I’m the Lead Makeup Artist at Luxe&Lavish Salon, specializing in Airbrush Bridal Makeup. I love creating soft, natural, glowy looks that make my brides feel radiant on their big day! I also offer Special Occasion Makeup—whether you’re looking for a natural glow or full glam, I’m your girlie! In addition, I specialize in all media curations, styling and editing photo shoots and even Personal Shopping Events to help you find the perfect look.

Hi, I’m Cassie – Digital Content Creator & Brand Ambassador! I’m so excited to be part of the Luxie & Luxe&Lavish family! As the Digital Content Creator, Social Media Manager, Brand Ambassador, and Model, I get to blend my love for fashion, creativity, and strategy every single day — and I truly couldn’t ask for a better team to do it with.
Born and raised in Augusta, I’ve always had a deep love for style, storytelling, and staying ahead of the trends. Whether I’m behind the camera crafting content, collaborating with Seaann to style bold, fresh looks, or showing up on your feed as a face of the brand, I pour my heart into making everything feel authentic, elevated, and uniquely Luxie.
I’m a detail-obsessed visual thinker with a major soft spot for aesthetics that pop and content that connects. My goal is to make sure what you see on our socials not only looks amazing, but truly represents the heart and soul of our brand.
