Shipping & Delivery

At Luxie Boutique, we are committed to providing a seamless and elevated shopping experience from checkout to delivery.

Shipping Rates:

• Complimentary Local Pickup – Available in-store

• Orders of $150 or more – Flat-rate shipping of $15

• Orders under $150 – $9 shipping & packaging fee

Processing & Delivery:

• We partner with USPS standard shipping to ensure timely and secure delivery.

• Orders placed before 1 PM CST will be carefully processed, with a tracking number provided the same business day.

• Orders placed after 1 PM CST will be processed the next business day.

• USPS-observed holidays may impact delivery times.

Exchange & Return Policy

At Luxie Boutique, we take great care in curating high-quality pieces, and we want you to love every purchase. If you need to exchange an item, please review our policy below.

Reporting Defects or Missing Items

• You have 3 business days after delivery to notify us of any defective or missing items.

• You have 30 days to request an exchange.

Exchange Process

• Contact us immediately via email, phone, or Facebook Messenger to initiate an exchange.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and returned in original packaging.

• Exchanges are eligible for store credit or merchandise only—no refunds.

• If exchanging for a different size, the restocking fee is waived.

Return Shipping & Processing

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Luxie Boutique is not responsible for lost packages.

• If a package is marked as delivered but missing, you must file a claim with USPS and Luxie Boutique and provide all required documentation. Luxie Boutique carries insurance on all shipments.

• Once your exchange is received, please allow 5 business days for processing.

• A $15 restocking fee per item will be deducted from your store credit, issued via an electronic gift card.

• To avoid shipping fees, you may exchange in-store, but the $15 restocking fee still applies.
